In-person or Virtual Psychotherapy

It can be hard to talk about our challenges. Making art - within the context of an accepting and judgment free therapeutic relationship - can help to externalize our thoughts and feelings. This can lead to a sense of relief, help us to build more self-awareness, and lead to positive changes in thoughts and actions.

I love the tangible, visible, and action-oriented nature of art therapy. No artistic skill is required. My clients are often pleasantly surprised by their creative expressions and their inherent strengths.

Clinical Art Therapy Supervision

I am able to provide clinical supervision for Art Therapy students, new graduates, and practicing professionals in Ontario. I meet the CRPO's definition of a clinical supervisor and have completed an additional 30 hours of supervision training offered by the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute. If you think we may be a good fit, please reach out.
